Carl Trueman on the Reformation, Part One

Back in 2010, we met Carl Trueman at a conference in Greenville, South Carolina. He is Paul Woolley Chair of Church History and professor of church history at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. Recently, he taught a course on the Reformation at The Master’s Seminary, and owing to his as well as their generosity, we can an all enjoy the benefits of it.

The first lecture serves as an introduction and stresses the importance of social, political, and cultural contexts of this time period. There’s much to learn and appreciate here, so we hope you’ll take a little time to work through this course along with us.

Without further ado. . .
